Job Description

The person who will be working form Pune location only with 10-12 years of experience as Techno Lead who can technically drive the things and help team in production support engagement backup SDM.Should be in position to drive INC management process and showcase intent in working with partner teams to find RCA.Value adds like- Should be able to identify, drive and get it delivered on Automation, Toil reductions, Dashboarding’s etc.The person who will be working from Pune location only with 3-4 years of experience on production support with the below skill set.Java, spring boot, IKPITSM-tools, Snow, Jira, Confluence. Payments production support experience.ITIL frame work.Basic Linux and Unix commands knowledge and network concepts.SQL queries,Basic understanding of the Oracle Database concepts.Knowledge on Automation tools.Reporting tools like Splunk, App Dynamics.
